We are pleased to announce we are expanding visitation at North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. Effective today, July 12, 2021, visitation will begin at 10:30am and end at 6:00pm — seven days a week.

The visitation guidelines are as follows. All visitors must screen in and have their temperature checked upon arrival. All visitors must wear masks in common areas such as hallways, the lobby, and similar shared spaces. Please utilize handwashing and hand sanitizer before and after your visit.

If you have not been vaccinated, we ask that you follow CDC guidelines and keep your mask on at all times. Please do not touch your loved one and observe the 6-foot social distancing rule. You may not visit or interact with other residents who are not your loved one. You must take your loved one to a common area such as the lobby, dining room, or outdoors to visit. Even if you are permitted to retrieve your loved one from their room, you must not remain in the room.

If your loved one has been vaccinated and you are also vaccinated, you may remove your mask and you are able to touch and have contact with your loved one.

We are so glad to welcome you back into the facility. We want to do everything we can to keep our residents and staff healthy and the facility open so that you can see your loved one.
